What is still open
The state column is honest. "Never measured" and "zero output exists" are results, written with the same care as a number. This is the working list: items move as the work progresses, and each change is dated.

The four questions
The retrospective says these must be answered before acquiring anything again:
- What questions must the corpus answer?
- Is the recency skew wanted? The current window excludes the completion reports where outcomes live.
- One vault or two? The Wikipedia citation layer pointing at primary sources is arguably a third corpus.
- Where do adjudications physically sit?
None of the four has an answer in the record yet. They are the questions the next pass must answer first.
